Hearing aids are no longer what they were. The latest generation of hearing aids is designed with you in mind. Thanks to their precision and miniaturization, they help you understand better, in complete confidence. Our team of audioprosthetists can show you the different types of hearing aids available from the best manufacturers in the industry. Some resist water and dust. There is definitely one for you!

It should be noted that some models might be covered by certain paying agencies, notably the Québec Health Insurance Board (RAMQ), la Commission de la santé et sécurité au travail (CSST), Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), Aboriginal Affairs (AANDC), la société de l'assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ), and private insurers.

Existing hearing aids provide incomparable hearing comfort. There are several options available to you. Don’t forget that we are here to help you choose the one that is right for you.

RECEIVER-IN-THE-EAR (RITE-RIC)

RECEIVER-IN-THE-EAR (RITE-RIC)

This is a miniature case that sits behind the ear. This model is smaller than the classic around the ear type. The device has a thin wire attached to a speaker inserted directly in the auditory canal. This model provides comfort, performance and discretion.

IN-THE-EAR

IN-THE-EAR

This model fits in the earlobe. Its hypoallergenic shell is custom moulded to your ear. The electronic components are inside the device. The size and visibility of the device depend on the degree of hearing loss and the shape of the auditory canal.

COMPLETELY-IN-CANAL

COMPLETELY-IN-CANAL

Because of its small size, this device can be placed deep in the auditory canal, making it even less visible. It has a tiny translucid nylon wire for easy removal.

BEHIND-THE-EAR

BEHIND-THE-EAR

It consists of two pieces. The case is placed comfortably behind the ear. This part contains the electronic components. The piece that is inserted in the auditory canal is a earmold and a small tube that directs amplified sound to the auditory canal.

IN-THE-CANAL

IN-THE-CANAL

This model is very similar to the IN-THE-EAR model, but smaller. This makes it more comfortable, less cumbersome and more discreet. Plus, it offers the same benefits as the IN-THE-EAR model.
